Answer

Cataract after phakic intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. Arrow shows the hole of the phakic IOL. The edge of the phakic IOL and the optical section of the cataract is seen behind.

Question 5: a 37-year-old Male Came With C/o Sudden Blurring of Vision Both Eyes and Fundus Showed Bilateral Submacular Hemorrhage in Addition to Superficial Flame and Deep Blot Hemorrhages and Roth Spot. His Medical Records Showed Treatment for Alcoholic Liver Disease, Blood Transfusion for Severe Dimorphic Anemia (Hb 3 Gm/dl), and Chronic Kidney Disease. What Is the Diagnosis? [Figure 5].
