Dear Sir,

It is with interest, I have read the case report of papilledema and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis due to polycythemia vera. The report was very thorough with great detail allowing readers to greatly see the presentation of this interesting case. The findings were provided in great detail which really helped to thoroughly understand the case. Images of the imaging done were of great quality and were very beneficial for the reader. Overall, this case showed not only rarity but also a very important message was conveyed regarding the significance of neurological and ophthalmic examination in patients presenting with headache.
